Buffett’s Grocery was founded in Omaha in 1869. When it closed in 1969, Buffett’s was the oldest independent grocery store in the state of Nebraska. Back then, individuals owned businesses, and they were usually on the premises to greet and to wait on customers. Buffett’s served generations of customers for one hundred years. Over those years, whenever a customer walked in, someone was always there to say, "May I help you?" This book is about that store, where both Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger got their business start.
