The Bookworm is a full service independent bookstore that has been serving the Returns Policy Returns may be made within 30 days of shipment date. Returned items must be in saleable condition. International shipments require the customer's courier account: DHL, FedEx, or UPS are accepted. All shipping charges, brokerage fees, and duties will be charged to the customer's courier account. Please note in the order special instructions field at check-out your courier company and account number. Without exception, The Bookworm does not ship any international packages via the postal service as the package cannot be traced.
