Jeff Barnes will sign 150 @ 150 – Nebraska’s Landmark Buildings at the State’s Sesquicentennial (Architectural Foundation of Nebraska, $29.95). 150@150 is a celebration of the built world of Nebraska in its 150th anniversary of statehood. This colorful, richly photographed collection includes the earliest buildings constructed by newcomers to the territory, its most recognizable landmarks, and the newest and most dynamic structures designed by the architectural firms of today.

David Hendee will sign Nebraska: 150 Years Told Through 93 Counties (Omaha World-Herald, $29.95). Nebraska turns 150 in 2017, and it’s time to celebrate. The Omaha World-Herald’s David Hendee brings the state’s history to life with a fascinating look at its 93 counties. The newspaper’s award-winning photographers and artist Mike Parks add vivid detail to the look back.

Dan Sullivan will sign Nebraska’s First College: Shaping the Future Since 1867 (Walsworth, $39.95). Peru State College celebrates its 150th year in 2017. The Nebraska school’s history is a rich tapestry of innovation, endurance, community service and the pursuit of educational excellence. Celebrate the sesquicentennial with a look back through the remarkable story that began with a vision on a hilltop in Peru.
